不同尺度竹皮构件力学性能试验研究 被引量:3

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF BAMBOO SKIN COMPONENTS OF DIFFERENT SCALES

摘要 以竹皮纸为原材料制作不同尺度下的拉条、柱、梁三种构件,并通过加载试验测试其力学性能。试验结果表明,拉条选取0.35mm的竹皮纸抗拉性能比较优越,竹节结影响较小;柱选取0.5mm的竹皮纸制作,其构件抗压性能较好,加肋柱比空心柱的抗压性能有较好提升;梁选取0.5mm的竹皮制作,其构件抗弯性能较好,抗弯性能与梁的跨度成反比,并且与加载方式有关,尤其是局部加载点破坏,在构件制作时需要做加强处理。文中给结构模型设计竞赛提供了数据支撑和合理化建议。 The paper use bamboo skin as raw material to fabricate three kinds of components,including bracing,column and beam,and test mechanical properties by loading tests.The test results showed that:the tensile properties of 0.35 mm bamboo paper selected as the brace are relatively superior,and the effect of bamboo knot is relatively smaller;The column is made of 0.5 mm bamboo paper,and its components have better compressive performance,and the ribbed column has better compressive performance than hollow column;The beam is made of0.5 mm bamboo paper.The bending resistance of the beam is inversely proportional to the span of the beam,and is related to the loading mode,especially the failure of the local loading point,which needs to be strengthened when the component is made.This paper provided data support and reasonable suggestions for the students who participate in the structural model design competition of college students.
