基于ABAQUS的浆锚搭接装配式挡土墙有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 浆锚搭接装配式挡土墙工程实例较少,对其理论分析研究更为少见。文中基于ABAQUS软件对浆锚搭接装配式挡土墙进行有限元分析。通过其受力主要影响因素挡土墙的尺寸、配筋率、是否设置螺旋箍筋,浆锚搭接长度等来研究其受力性能。有限元分析结果表明,挡土墙无论是应力、位移都满足现有荷载等级的要求,并随着挡土墙高度的降低应力和位移均减小;装配式挡土墙位移最大位置为面板顶部,混凝土应力和钢筋应力最大位置均位于面板和底板拼缝处。此浆锚搭接装配式挡土墙计算结果满足市政桥梁荷载要求,可应用于实际工程。 There are few engineering examples of the mortar-anchor overlapping assembled retaining wall,and its theoretical analysis and research are even rarer.The finite element analysis of the mortar-anchor overlapping assembled retaining wall is carried out based on the ABAQUS software.The force performance of mortar-anchor overlapping assembled retaining wall is studied through the main influence factors of the force including the size of the retaining wall,the reinforcement ratio,whether to install spiral stirrups,and the lap length of the grout anchor.The finite element analysis results show that the stress and displacement of the retaining wall meet the requirements of the existing load level,and reduce with the decreasing height of the retaining wall.The maximum displacement of the assembled retaining wall is located at the top of the panel.While,the maximum stress of concrete and steel bar are located at the joints between the panel and the bottom plate.The calculation results of the prefabricated retaining wall lapped by the grout anchor meet the municipal bridge load requirements and can be applied to actual engineering.
