摘要 随着创新驱动发展战略的深入实施,企业创新逐渐成为研究的热点。文章基于2008-2017年深沪A股上市公司的研究样本,探讨高管学术经历与企业创新之间的关系。研究发现,高管学术经历能够显著促进企业的创新投入,且上述促进效应主要是通过降低企业的信息不对称来实现的。进一步研究发现,高管的学历越高其学术经历对于企业创新的促进作用越显著;且这种影响在非国有企业和小规模企业中更为明显。最后,进一步考察了学术经历与企业创新质量的关系,发现高管学术经历不仅能够提高企业创新数量,还有利于提升企业创新质量。 With the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,enterprise innovation has gradually become a research hotspot.Based on the research samples of Shenzhen and Shanghai A share listed companies from 2008 to 2017,this paper explores the relationship between executives'ac-ademic experience and enterprise innovation.The results show that the academic experience of execu tives can significantly promote the innovation investment of enterprises.It is found that the academic experience of executives can improve the innovation investment of enterprises by reducing the enter-prise information asymmetry.Further research shows that the higher the education level of execu tives,the more significant the promotion effect of academic experience on enterprise innovation,and this effect is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises and small-scale enterprises.Finally,therelationship between the academic experience of executives and innovation quality of enterprises is fur-ther investigated.It is concluded that the academic experience of executives can not only improve the quantity of innovation,but also improve the quality of innovation.
