徽州传统民居现代适宜更新改造——以文堂村老宅改造实践为例

Modern Adaptive Renovation of Huizhou Traditional Residence:Taking the Renovation of Old House in Wentang Village as an Example

随着历史文化遗产保护工作的进一步加强,应对乡村振兴和现代生活多样化需求,传统民居保护利用模式方面的探索层出不穷。文章以安徽省祁门县文堂村老宅改造为例,通过功能合理布局和空间有效分隔,结合艺术家创意、本土工匠技艺、建筑师优化完善三个方面,探索在乡村振兴背景下徽州传统民居集约与协同并举的现代适宜更新改造模式,以期为传统民居更新改造提供一些借鉴实例。

With the enhanced protection of historical and cultural heritage,under the background of the rural revitalization and meeting diverse living needs in modern society,the exploration of the protection and utilization of traditional residence is emerging.Taking an old house in Wentang Village,Qimen County,Anhui Province as an example,employing the rational layout of functions and effective separation of spaces,together with artists’creativity,indigenous artisan skills,and architects’optimization and perfection,this paper explores an intensive and synergistic modern adaptive renovation pattern of Huizhou traditional residence under the background of rural revitalization.It is expected to provide a reference for the renovation of traditional residences.
