Internal Logic and Innovation Path of Promoting the Modernization of Urban Governance in China:Based on the Relationship between State and Society

城市作为国家治理的空间场域,实现城市善治是推进国家治理现代化的必然前提。而基于国家与社会关系视域分析,我国城市治理经历了从管治到管理再到治理的逻辑演变,并在治理的主体、手段、方式、范围及目标等方面产生显著变化。结合我国城市建设与发展的基本规律,应基于治理理念创新、治理机制体制创新及治理技术创新等维度提升城市治理水平,以推进城市治理体系与治理能力现代化。

City is the space field of national governance,and the realization of good urban governance is an inevitable prerequisite to promote the modernization of national governance.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the state and society,urban governance in China has experienced the logical evolution from control to management to governance,and has made significant changes in the main body,means,methods,scope and objectives of governance.According to the basic laws of urban development and construction in China,the level of urban governance should be improved based on the innovation of governance concept,governance mechanism and system and governance technology,so as to promote the modernization of urban governance system and governance capacity.
