摘要
通过对比较耐盐的18个稳定品系在6个全盐梯度的小盐池中长势情况,确定以全盐含量为3‰和4‰来鉴定品系的耐盐性。通过对7个数量性状的调查数据计算出盐害指数,利用盐害指数、耐盐级别、耐盐性的对应关系来评价每个品系每个性状的耐盐性以及每个品系的综合耐盐性。
By comparing the growth conditions of 18 stable strains with salt tolerance in 6 small salt ponds with total salt gradient,the salt tolerance of the strains was determined by the total salt content of 3‰and 4‰.Based on the survey data of 7 quantitative traits,the salt tolerance index was calculated,and the relationship between salt tolerance index,salt tolerance level was used to evaluate the salt tolerance of each trait and the comprehensive salt tolerance of each strain.
