Breeding Report of a New Rice Variety Tongxi-933 with Excellent Palatable

通系933是通化市农业科学研究院选育的优良食味水稻新品种,2018年通过吉林省审定。2016~2017年区域试验平均产量8194.3 kg/hm^(2),比对照品种秋田小町增产6.8%。该品种株型紧凑、分蘖力强,米质符合二等食用粳稻品种品质规定要求,适合在吉林省通化、四平、吉林、长春、松原、辽源等晚熟稻区种植。

Tongxi-933 is a new rice variety with excellent palatable,which was selected and bred by Tonghua Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It was approved by Jilin Province in 2018.The average yield of regional test from 2016 to 2017 was 8194.3 kg/hm^(2),which was 6.8%higher than that of the control variety Akita Komachi.This variety has compact plant type,strong tiller ability,and rice quality conforms to the requirements of second-class edible japonica variety quality.It is suitable for planting in late-maturing rice areas such as Tonghua,Siping,Jilin,Changchun,Songyuan and Liaoyuan of Jilin Province.
