A Facile Syntheses of Sex Pheromone and Its Analogues

[目的]为了七叶树潜叶虫性信息素能推广使用,需要寻找新的简便、经济、高收率的合成方法来合成,同时也能为其他类似性信息素的合成提供参考。[方法]以几种常用试剂为原料,针对七叶树潜叶虫性信息素的合成采用了C8+C2+C4的策略,该路线以廉价的1,8-辛二醇为原料,经8步反应,总收率9.4%。为验证此法是否对其他信息素的合成也具有可行性,通过改变起始原料的碳链长度,Wittig反应连接的季膦盐碳链长度,对4种同样具有共轭顺反双键结构的信息素利用同种方法进行了合成。[结果]实现了一种高效、快速、经济的七叶树潜叶虫性信息素的合成方法。

[Aims]This study aims to find a new simple,economical method with high yield to synthesize sex pheromone of horse chestnut leafminer and to promote sex pheromone of horse chestnut leafminer.[Methods]According to our retrosynthesis,the strategy of C8+C2+C4 was adopted for the synthesis of sex pheromones of horse chestnut leafminer by using inexpensive 1,8-octanediol as the raw material.In order to verify whether this method is also feasible for the synthesis of other pheromones,we changed the carbon chain length of the starting material and the carbon chain length of the quaternary phosphonium salt connected by the Wittig reaction.Four pheromones that also have conjugated cis and anti double bond structures were synthesized using the same method.[Results]An efficient,short and economic synthesis of the sex pheromone of the horse chestnut was achieved from some common reagents.
