摘要
[目的]建立了一种测定12%氟唑·苯醚悬浮剂中有效成分含量的高效液相色谱分析技术。[方法]试验选择C18柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈-0.1%冰乙酸水溶液(体积比70:30)为流动相,采用外标法对有效成分进行分析定量测定。[结果]氟唑菌酰胺和苯醚甲环唑的标准偏差分别是0.03和0.02,变异系数分别是0.42%和0.40%,平均回收率分别是100.07%和100.48%。[结论]该分析技术的高准确度和精密度使其适用于氟唑菌酰胺·苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂的分析检测。
[Aims]This study aims to establish a method for analysis of active ingredients of fluxapyroxad·difenoconazole12%SC by HPLC.[Methods]Experiments was conducted using C18 column,UV variable wavelength detector,and acetonitrile-0.1%glacial acetic acid solution(70:30,by vol)as mobile phase.The effective components were also determined and quantified by external standard method.[Results]The results showed that the standard deviations of fluxapyroxad and difenoconazole were 0.03 and 0.02,the variation coefficients were 0.42 and 0.40%,the average recoveries were 100.07 and 100.48%,respectively.[Conclusions]The high accuracy and precision of this analytical technique make it suitable for the analysis and detection of fluxapyroxad·difenoconazole SC.
