嘧草醚与五氟磺草胺复配的联合除草作用及田间防除效果

The Joint Effect of Pyriminobac-methyl with Penoxsulam and the Control Effects on Weeds Used in Rice Field

[目的]明确嘧草醚与五氟磺草胺复配的联合除草作用、田间防除效果及对直播水稻的安全性。[方法]采用室内生物测定法评价2种药剂复配的联合作用类型,田间小区试验法评价田间防除效果及对直播水稻的安全性。[结果]复配后对稗草、鳢肠、异型莎草均呈现加成或增效作用;按照有效成分10∶5且总用量在67.5~90 g a.i./hm2时,对田间杂草的总株防效和总鲜重防效均在90%以上,且对直播水稻安全。[结论]嘧草醚复配五氟磺草胺后能够扩大杀草谱和提高防效,在水稻直播田可以推广应用。

[Aims]This study aims to clarify the combined herbicidal effect of pyriminobac-methyl and penoxsulam,the field control effect and the safety to rice.[Methods]The indoor bioassay method was used to evaluate the combined action types,field plot method was used to evaluate the field control effects and safety to rice.[Results]The coeffect type was either additive or synergistic to the control of Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv,Eclipta prostrata(L.)and Cyperus difformis L.When the active ingredient mass ratio was 10∶5 and the total dosage is 67.5-90 g/ha,the total plant control effect and total fresh weight control effect on field weeds are more than 90%,and it is safe for direct seeding rice.[Conclusions]The combination of pyriminobac-methyl and penoxsulam can expand the herbicidal spectrum and improve the control effect,which can be popularized and applied in direct seeding rice fields.
