摘要
数值模拟是研究汽车风噪声特性的重要手段,精确的流场数据是获得准确的风噪声计算结果的基础。文章为了能够准确地评估车辆概念设计阶段的风噪声性能,缩短车辆的开发周期,采用了一种基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)/有限元法(finite element method,FEM)来预测车辆内部风噪声的方法。得益于良好的流场结果,该方法计算的车内噪声结果有着较高的精度。仿真和实验结果表明,车内风噪声主要为集中在中低频段的宽频带噪声。
Numerical simulation is an important method to study the characteristics of vehicle wind noise.Precise flow field data is the basis for accurate wind noise calculation.In order to accurately evaluate the performance of wind noise in the conceptual design stage of vehicle and shorten the development time of vehicle,a method based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)/finite element method(FEM)is adopted to predict the vehicle interior wind noise.Because of the accurate results of CFD,the results of vehicle interior noise calculated by this method have high accuracy.Simulation and experimental results show that the wind noise in the vehicle is broadband noise and mainly concentrated in the middle and low frequency band.
