城乡融合发展理念下乡村精准扶贫存在的问题及对策

Problems of Rural Targeted Poverty Alleviation Under Concept of Urban-rural Integration Development and Its Countermeasures

本文阐述了城乡融合发展与乡村精准扶贫的关系,分析了城乡融合发展理念下乡村精准扶贫存在的问题,包括产业扶贫相对落后、人才扶贫相对短缺、文化扶贫相对缺乏、生态扶贫相对滞后等,并从以城乡产业融合带动产业扶贫、以城乡人才互动促进人才扶贫、以城乡文化交流推动文化扶贫、以城乡生态共建加强生态扶贫等方面提出了对策,以期为促进城乡共同发展提供参考。

This paper expounded the relationship between urban-rural integrated development and rural targeted poverty alleviation,analyzed the existing problems of rural targeted poverty alleviation under the concept of urban-rural integrated development,including the relative backwardness of industrial poverty alleviation,the relative shortage of talent poverty alleviation,the relative lack of cultural poverty alleviation and the relative backwardness of ecological poverty alleviation,etc.,and proposed countermeasures from the aspects of promoting industrial poverty alleviation through the integration of urban and rural industries,promoting talent poverty alleviation through urban and rural talent interaction,promoting cultural poverty alleviation through urban and rural cultural exchanges,and strengthening ecological poverty alleviation through urban and rural ecological co-construction,in order to provide references for promoting the common development of urban and rural areas.
