睑板夹辅助杆的设计及临床应用

The design and clinical application of an auxiliary pole of lid clamp

目的观察睑板夹辅助杆在睑板腺囊肿切除术中的应用。方法前瞻性病例对照研究。将2019年1月至12月安阳市眼科医院行睑板腺囊肿切除术80例(80眼)随机分为两组:A组40例,术中使用作者设计的睑板夹辅助杆帮助固定睑板腺夹;B组40例,术中单纯使用睑板腺夹。术后3个月随访。比较两组手术耗时、治愈率及复发率。结果A组手术耗时(10.1±1.1)min,少于B组的(12.6±1.2)min(t=9.42,P<0.05)。术后1周治愈率两组均为100%,术后3个月两组均无复发者。结论睑板夹辅助杆用于睑板腺囊肿切除术,操作简便,可缩短手术时间。

Objective To observe the application of an auxiliary pole of lid clamp in resection of meibomian gland cyst.Methods This was a prospective case control study.Total of 80 eyes of 80 patients with meibomian gland cyst from Jan.2019 to Dec.2019 in Anyang Eye Hospital were recruited.All cases were randomly divided into two groups.Group A,40 cases were treated with the pole auxiliary of lid clamp designed by the author during the surgery.Group B,40 cases were treated with only a lid clamp during the surgery.All cases were followed-up for 3 months.The operation time,the cure rate and the recurrence rate after the operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time of group A was(10.1±1.1)min,and(12.6±1.2)min of group B,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(t=9.42,P<0.05).The cure rate at 1 week after operation was 100%in both groups,and no recurrence was found in both groups at 3 months after operation.Conclusion The auxiliary pole of lid clamp designed by author for resection of meibomian gland cyst can make the operation easier and the operation time shorter.
