慈航胶囊联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗产后恶露不尽的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Cihang Capsules combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsules in treatment of postpartum lochia endless

目的探讨慈航胶囊联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗产后恶露不尽的临床疗效。方法选取许昌市妇幼保健院2018年6月—2020年6月收治的产后恶露不尽患者80例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者饭后口服桂枝茯苓胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服慈航胶囊,5粒/次,2次/d。7 d为1个疗程,两组均进行4个疗程的治疗。观察两组的临床疗效和止血效果,及子宫恶露干净时间,同时比较治疗前后患者的子宫三径和,并对两组患者的不良反应进行观察。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率和止血疗效分别为82.5%、95.0%,显著高于对照组的60.0%、77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组恶露干净时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫三径和均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的子宫三径和优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。结论慈航胶囊联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗产后恶露不尽治疗效果显著,其安全性高,可在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cihang Capsules combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsules in treatment of postpartum lochia endless.Methods Eighty cases of postpartum lochia endless patients admitted to Xuchang Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Guizhi Fuling Capsules after meals,3 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in the observation group were po administered with Cihang Capsules on the basis of control group,5 grains/time,twice daily.Seven d was a course of treatment,and both groups received four courses of treatment.Clinical efficacy,hemostasis effect,and uterine lochia cleaning time of two groups were observed.At the same time,uterine tridiameter sum of patients before and after treatment was compared,and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and hemostasis effect in the observation group were 82.5% and 95.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 60.0% and 77.5% in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the cleaning time of lochia in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tridiameter sum of uterus in two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the tridiameter sum of uterus in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Cihang Capsules combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsules in treatment of postpartum lochia endless has significant therapeutic effect and high safety,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
