高等职业院校落实“三教改革”的几点思考

随着国家经济社会和产业结构持续改革,对高素质技术技能人才的数量和质量都提出了更高要求。高职院校要紧抓“三教改革”,紧扣立德树人根本任务,进一步深化校企合作,从校企文化、培养过程、技术水平、人才队伍等方面深化产教融合,强化师资队伍建设、教学资源建设和课堂教学改革,促进专业高质量发展,在不断提高人才培养质量的同时,形成中国特色的高等职业教育品牌,扩大我国职业教育的国际影响。

With the continuous deepening of the national economic structure,higher requirements for the quantity and quality of high-quality technical skills are put forward.The professional construction of higher vocational education should firmly adhere to the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,closely grasp“three education reforms”,and further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,deepen the integration of production and education from the aspects of school-enterprise culture,culture process,technical level,talent team,etc.We will strengthen the construction of teaching staff,teaching resources and classroom teaching reform.It is hoped to improve the quality of talent training,form a brand of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics,and expand the international impact of vocational education.
