现代学徒制培养模式下高职院校师资问题及其优化路径

摘要 目前,高职学校师资队伍具有专业水平单一、学科结构不科学、缺乏“匠人精神”、科研能力不足等问题,对于高职院校教学活动的顺利开展产生了一定影响,将要解决这一问题,就要对如何创建现代学徒制培养模式的问题给予足够重视。文章以分析高职院校师资队伍建设现状为切入点,围绕如何在现代学徒制培养模式下优化师资队伍的问题进行深入探析。 At present,the teaching staffs in higher vocational colleges have some problems,such as single professional level,unscientific discipline structure,lack of“craftsman spirit”,and insufficient scientific research ability,which have a certain impact on the smooth development of teaching activities in higher vocational colleges.To solve this problem,we should pay enough attention to how to create a modern apprenticeship training mode.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on how to optimize the teaching staff under the modern apprenticeship training mode.
