隐性教育在大学生党员党性教育中的实践运用

The Practice and Application of Recessive Education in the Party Spirit Education of College Student Party Members

本文在认真研究学生党支部育人主体、客体、介体、环体等要素的基础上,将苏州“水文化”的内涵进行拓展,提出将“新水长流、海纳百川”的进取精神、“水滴石穿、坚忍不拔”的持之以恒、“水利万物、无私奉献”的服务大局观、“力争上游、因时制宜”的人格发展,融入学生党员的党性教育,通过支部形象设计、校园环境辅助、苏州文艺作品融入、校社共建共育等隐性方式开展。

On the basis of studying the main body,object,medium and ring of student Party branch education,this paper expands the connotation of Suzhou“water culture”.It is proposed that the enterprising spirit of“the new water flows forever,the sea accepts a hundred rivers”,the persistence of“constant dripping wears away a stone,perseverance”,the overall service concept of“water conservancy,all things,selfless dedication”,and the personality development of“striving for the upper reaches,adapting to the circumstances”,the education of the Party spirit of student Party members is carried out through the recessive ways,such as the image design of the branch,the assistance of the campus environment,the integration of Suzhou literature and art works,and the co-education of the school and the society.
