从“三全育人”谈高校优良学风建设

On the Construction of Fine Style of Study in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of “Three-integrity Education”

高校学风建设是建立“三全育人”长效机制的关键,是提高人才培养质量的有力保障。改善学习氛围,既能促进高校培养德才兼备、全面发展的高素质学生,又能引导教师在学以致用中发展自我,成为优秀的教育工作者。从学风建设的重要性和必要性出发,分析了高校学风建设中存在的问题,提出了优化高校学风建设的模式,以期为高校提高教育质量提供有益的参考。

The construction of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities is the key to establish the long-term mechanism of“three-integrity education”,and is the powerful guarantee to improve the quality of talent training.Improving the learning atmosphere can not only promote colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality students with both ability and integrity and all-round development,but also guide teachers to develop themselves in applying what they have learned and become excellent educators.Starting from the importance and necessity of the construction of the style of study,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities,and puts forward the mode of optimizing the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities,so as to provide beneficial reference for improving the quality of education in colleges and universities.
