“一带一路”背景下义乌与西班牙高等教育文化交流研究

Research on the Higher Education Cultural Exchange between Yiwu and Spain under the Background of the “Belt and Road” Initiative

文化互通、民心相通是“一带一路”实践的重要内容和条件。义乌作为“一带一路”物流枢纽和重要支点,通过“义新欧”班列与西班牙相连。义乌高校在“一带一路”实践带动下,与西班牙高等教育文化交流十分活跃。但交流机制不成熟、交流层次不深、合作院校地域单一,需从顶层设计交流方向、模式和实践路径,强化人才培养核心,丰富交流形式,加大教育服务输出。

Cultural interoperability and people-to-people interoperability are important content and conditions of the“Belt and Road”practice.As a logistics hub and important fulcrum of the“Belt and Road”,Yiwu is connected to Spain through the“Yixin Europe”train.Driven by the“Belt and Road”practice,Yiwu universities have been very active in cultural exchanges with Spanish higher education.However,the communication mechanism is immature,the communication level is not deep,and the cooperative colleges are in a single location.It is necessary to design the communication direction,mode and practice path from the top level,strengthen the core of talent training,enrich the communication forms,and increase the output of education services.
