摘要
本文通过对“网格化”管理模式下思政教育与共青团第二课堂协同育人研究背景的分析,讨论高校思政教育与共青团第二课堂“网格化”协同育人机制主要目标与意义,探索“网格化”模式下,协同育人机制的可行性和必要性。得出高校思政教育与共青团第二课堂“网格化”协同育人的具体思路,同时分析出该路径的创新点,助力完善高校人才培养体系。
This paper analyzes the research background of ideological and political education and the second classroom collaborative education of the Communist Youth League under the“grid”management mode,and discusses the main goals and significance of the“grid”collaborative education mechanism between college ideological and political education and the Communist Youth League second classroom.It aims to explore the feasibility and necessity of collaborative education mechanism under the“grid”mode.The specific ideas for the“grid”collaborative education of ideological and political education in universities and the Communist Youth League’s second classroom are drawn,and the innovative points of this path are analyzed at the same time to help improve the talent training system in universities.
