摘要
近年来,为了培养创新型、应用型法律人才,高校的法律课程逐步引入了形成性考评模式。该模式具有过程性和反馈性特征,突出对学生自主学习能力的培养。该模式的推广适用有效地改善了传统终结性考评模式的弊端,利于学生创新思维和创新能力的培养。在适用形成性考评模式的过程中,不少高校存在着教师负担过重、形成性考评的特色性、创新性、客观性和多样性不足等问题,亟需在制度、物质、技术等方面做好进一步的保障工作,同时也需要一线的任课教师们能够树立起正确的形成性考评观念,合力推进形成性考评模式的规范适用。
In recent years,in order to cultivate innovative and applied legal talents,the formative assessment model has been gradually introduced into the law curriculums in colleges and universities.This model has the characteristics of process and feedback,and highlights the cultivation of students’autonomous learning ability.The popularization and application of this mode can effectively improve the disadvantages of the traditional summative assessment mode,and is conducive to the cultivation of students’innovative thinking and innovative ability.In the process of applying the formative assessment model,many colleges and universities have some problems,such as overburden of teachers,lack of characteristics,innovation,objectivity and diversity of formative assessment.It is urgent to do a good job in the system,material,technology and other aspects.At the same time,teachers at the front line should be able to establish the correct concept of formative assessment and work together to promote the standardized application of formative assessment mode.
