摘要
如何更好地开展大学生课外体育锻炼,成为后疫情时期摆在我们面前的现实问题。对后疫情时代大学生课外体育锻炼的思考建立在疫情期间的经验之上。后疫情时代,心理、环境和家庭是大学生课外体育锻炼的最为核心的影响因素,大学生课外体育锻炼仍要紧绷“防疫抗毒”之弦,重新认识和坚持“自觉、经常、实际”的锻炼原则,在形式、手段、内容、指导思想等方面实现教学策略的优化。
How to better carry out extracurricular physical exercises for college students has become a realistic problem before us in the post-epidemic period.Thinking about extracurricular physical exercises of college students in the post-epidemic era is based on their experience during the epidemic.In the post-epidemic era,psychology,environment,and family are the most core influencing factors for college students’extracurricular physical exercises.College students’extracurricular physical exercises still need to tighten the string of“epidemic prevention and anti-drug”,and re-understand and persist in“conscious,regular,and practical”exercises principles,to achieve the optimization of teaching strategies in terms of form,means,content,and guiding ideology.
