研发型中小企业融资存在的问题及相应对策——以A公司为例

Research and development type small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems and corresponding countermeasures--Taking company A as an example

自我国经济结构向高新技术产业转型以来,中小企业得到了飞快地发展,研发型中小企业的发展尤为迅猛,对我国的财政、科技、就业等做出了极大的贡献。但由于我国市场经济制度的不完善,使得研发型中小企业在发展过程中遇到了极大的融资困难,这其中的原因既有企业自身方面的,又有国家政策方面的。文章通过对A公司的一系列研究,在借鉴国内其他研发型企业经验的基础上,结合当地实际提出了解决研发型中小企业融资困难的方法与建议。

Since the transformation of China's economic structure to high-tech industries,small and medium-sized enterprises have been rapid development,the development of research and development type of small and medium-sized enterprises is particularly rapid,and has made great contributions to China's finance,science and technology,employment and so on.However,due to the imperfection of China's market economy system,the R&D SMEs have encountered great financing difficulties in the process of development.The reasons include both the enterprise itself and the national policy.Based on a series of studies on company A,and on the basis of learning from other domestic R&D enterprises,the paper proposes methods and suggestions to solve the financing difficulties of R&D SMEs in combination with local realities.
