Hometown-based and campus-based are two ways of national student loan.Since the implementation of national student loan,it has provided effective economic rescue for many families and students with financial difficulties,and its operation mode has been reformed.By comparing the characteristics and similarities and differences of the two kinds of loans,the problems in the operation are analyzed.Combining the characteristics of the two kinds of loans and making overall use of the advantages of the government,universities,education management institutions and banks,the educational effect of national student loan can be further improved.
