摘要
随着我国高等教育的快速发展,民办高校逐渐走上历史舞台,成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。泉州民办高校经过十几年的发展,在规模和质量上都有了很大的进步,但是仍然无法与当地公办院校和国外私立高校相比。高校教师对提高教学水平、提升学生素质起着十分重要的作用,要提高泉州民办高校的质量,关键在于拥有一支优质的师资队伍。如何利用现有的条件,通过建立一套切实可行的薪酬激励模式来调动广大教师的工作积极性和创造性,是泉州民办高校面临的现实问题。
With the rapid development of China's higher education,private colleges gradually step onto the historical stage and become an important part of China's higher education.After more than ten years'development,the private colleges in Quanzhou have made great progress in both scale and quality,but still can not compare with local public colleges and foreign private colleges or universities.College teachers play a very important role in improving the teaching level and the quality of students.The key for improving the quality of Quanzhou's private colleges is to set up a teachers'team of high quality.Thus,the practical problem of Quanzhou's private colleges are confronted with is how to make use of the existing conditions to establish a set of feasible compensation incentive plan to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers.
