摘要
我国存在着大量的事实劳动关系,很多劳动者被排除在法律的保护之外,他们的劳动权益存在受损的情况,这一方面挫伤了人们劳动的积极性,另一方面不利于我国经济发展和社会的繁荣。本文对于我国当前劳动关系现状进行分析,进一步梳理事实劳动关系的理论,研究了对于事实劳动关系的理解与处理态度。
There are a lot of factual labor relations in China,many workers are excluded from the protection of the law,and their labor rights are damaged.On the one hand,it frustrates people's enthusiasm for labor,on the other hand,it is not conducive to China's economic development and social prosperity.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's labor relations,further combs the theory of factual labor relations,and studies the understanding and handling attitude of factual labor relations.
