摘要
随着中国电子显微学事业在装置购买力、技术和理论领域的快速发展,尤其是冷冻电镜和球差电镜的突起,传统单一功能的电镜室已无法满足当今科研和社会需求,逐渐向特色鲜明功能多样的电镜中心发展。本文以兰州大学电镜中心为例,探讨"创新、协调、开放、共享、服务"型的电镜中心如何自我定位,进行合理布局和结构优化,使有限资源获得最大效益,达到高水平高效率的运转。同时在设备、技术、服务和制度方面突出特色优势,定位核心竞争力,成为世界一流共享服务平台,为高校、地方经济和国家开展原创性基础研究、技术创新、人才引进和培养提供强有力支撑。
With the rapid development of China’s electron microscopy industry in the aspects of hardware purchase,technological development and theory,especially the emergence of cryo-transmission electron microscopy and spherical aberration-corrected transmission electron microscopy,the traditional single-functional electron microscopy room had been failed to meet current scientific and public demands.Therefore,multifunctional electron microscopy centre with distinctive characteristics has become the main trend.This article takes Electron Microscopy Centre of Lanzhou University as an example to explore how to set up mission,allocate resources and optimize organizational structure for a sharing platform of electron microscopes,while maximizing the overall efficiency using limited resources.The centre should cultivate its own distinctive characteristics including hardware,techniques,services and regulations to achieve unique core competitiveness.Moreover,the centre should develop high-level capabilities in frontier research,providing solid supports for universities,local regions and national departments in conducting fundamental creative research,technological innovations,talent recruitments and skill training.
