摘要
客观化结构化临床考试(OSCE)是一种客观评价学生临床接诊能力的重要考试方法,目前在国外广泛应用于临床药学教学。然而,OSCE在中国临床药学教学尚处于起步阶段。2019年,我院首次将OSCE纳入临床药师培训考核项目,本文详细描述了OSCE在我院的组织与实施,包括OSCE项目组成立、教案编撰、标准化患者的招募、考试过程与意见反馈等,以期为OSCE在中国临床药学教学中的开展提供参考。
The Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE),a tool to objectively assess medical students’clinical competences,has become widely used in pharmacy education abroad.However,the OSCE in clinical pharmacy education is still at the beginning level in China.In 2019,our hospital first began to adopt the OSCE in clinical pharmacist training and assessment.This paper reported the implementation process of the OSCE in our hospital,which included establishing an OSCE committee,writing cases,recruiting standardized patients(SP),administrating the OSCE and receiving feedback from pharmacy students,so as to provide reference for extensive development of the OSCE in clinical pharmacy education in China.
