数据管理业务与档案融合管理研究

The Research of Integration of Data Management Service and Archives Management

为充分挖掘数据的价值,先后出现了大数据、科学数据管理、工业数据管理、数据中台、数据湖等以数据为管理对象领域。为避免上述领域的数据管理工作与档案工作产生重叠、重复和冲突,本文从分析数据管理与档案管理同质性入手,研究了数据管理业务出现的动因,提出了数据与档案融合管理思路,并对融合管理的可行性和必要性、理论依据等进行了深讨。

In order to fully explore value of data,there have emerged big data,science data management,industries data management,data center,data lake and other fields that take data as the management object.The overlap,duplication and conflict between data management and archival work in the above areas are likely to have a negative impact on archival management.This article starts with the analysis of the homogeneity of data management and archives management,studies the causes of the emergence of data management services,puts forward the idea of integrated management of data and archives.Meanwhile this paper discusses in depth the feasibility,necessity and theoretical basis of integrated management of data and archives.
