目前我国多数高校创新创业教育,对于人才所应具备的创新创业能力,以及如何培养创新创业能力尚未实现深入探索.以皮革制品造型设计专业人才培养为出发点,基于工作室模式,进行了人才创新创业能力培养现状及其策略研究,以期能够实现皮革制品造型设计人才培养目标,实现创新创业教育育人目的.

At present,the innovation and entrepreneurship education in most universities in China has not been deeply explored about the innovation and entrepreneurship ability that talents should have and how to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Therefore,based on the studio mode,this paper takes the training of talents in leather product modeling design as the starting point to study the current situation and strategies of talent innovation and entrepreneurship training,in order to achieve the training goal of leather product modeling design talents and the objective of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
