摘要
为研究滚筒洗涤参数对不同绗缝线迹的羽绒制品洗涤后服用性能的影响,系统探究在不同水温、水位、主洗时间、洗涤转速、脱水时间等洗涤参数组合下,直线、斜线、折线、交叉、弧线五种绗缝线迹羽绒制品的保暖率、钻绒率、蓬松度和外观保型性。研究发现:不论何种绗缝线迹的羽绒制品,只要经过家庭滚筒洗涤护理后,其保暖性、钻绒性和蓬松度均会发生不同程度的下降,但其外观保型性差异不大;五种绗缝线迹中,交叉直线和曲线线迹的各项性能下降相对较小,表明这两种是更适合羽绒制品采用的绗缝线迹;主洗时间、主洗转速、脱水转速、脱水时间对其洗后各项服用性能影响较显著,而水温和水量对其影响不大。其结果即可为洗衣厂家研发适合羽绒制品日常护理的洗护程序提供指导,也可为设计师从日常护理角度进行绗缝线迹设计提供参考。
In order to study the influence of domestic roller-washing parameters on the wearing performance of down products,influence of water temperature,water level,main washing time,washingrotation speed and dewatering time on the warm keeping rate,down drilling rate,fleeciness and appearance keeping type of down products with five kinds of quilted trace(straight line,Oblique Line,brokenline,crossed line and arc)were investigated systematically.The results showed that the warmth retention,down drilling and loft of down products with five kinds of quilted trace were decreased,but the difference of appearance retention is not significant;Among the five kinds of quilting trace,the decreased performance of the crossed straight line and the curved line was relatively small,which was more suitable quiltingtrace for down products;The main washing time,the main washing speed,the dehydration speed and the dehydration time had a significant influence on the wearing performance of down products,but the influence of the water temperature and water quantity was inconspicuous.The results provided guidance for washer manufacturers to develop proper care procedures for down products,and provided a theoretical reference for designers to design quilting stitch from the angle of daily easy-care.
