摘要
以硫脲作为S、N源,采用溶胶凝胶低温煅烧法制备得到硫氮双掺杂二氧化钛(S/N-TiO_(2)),以水溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ)为目标污染物,探究S/N-TiO_(2)在可见光下的催化活性。结果表明,在以甲醇为电子供体的光还原反应体系中,掺杂量(以S计)为7%,煅烧温度为250℃条件下制备的S/N-TiO_(2)对溶液中Cr(VI)离子的催化还原效果最佳。采用XRD、XPS、SEM、TEM等手段对材料进行表征,结果表明,S/N-TiO_(2)表面粗糙呈不规则厚片状结构,其中TiO_(2)为锐钛矿型,S元素主要以S6+形态存在,N元素主要以间隙N(N-O-Ti-O)存在于TiO_(2)晶格之间。
S and N doped TiO_(2) (S/N-TiO_(2) )was prepared by sol-gel method using thiourea as donor of S and N at low calcination temperature.The catalytic activity of S/N-TiO_(2) was evaluated under visible light,using Cr(Ⅵ)in aqueous solution as target pollutant.The results showed that the S/N-TiO_(2) prepared under 250°C with 7%doping mount(as S)had the best catalytic activity in the photoreduction reaction system with methanol as electron donor.The results show that the prepared S/N-TiO_(2) has irregular thick lamellar structure and rough surface.The materials were characterized by means of XRD,XPS,SEM,TEM,etc.The results showed that the prepared S/N-TiO_(2) has irregular thick lamellar structure and rough surface,in which TiO_(2) was anatase,S elements mainly existed in the form of S^(6+),and N elements mainly existed between TiO_(2) lattices as interstitial N(N-O-TiO_(2) ).
