特应性皮炎是一种以强烈瘙痒、湿疹、2型免疫反应上调为特征的慢性炎症性复发性皮肤病,常与其他过敏性疾病相关。白细胞介素-4单克隆抗体是新型靶向治疗的生物制剂,可抑制相关炎症细胞因子的信号转导,部分患者应用后有效。

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic,inflammatory and recurrent skin disease characterized by severe pruritus,eczema and upregulation of type 2 immune response.It is often associated with other allergic diseases.Interleukin-4 monoclonal antibody is a new type of biological agent for targeted therapy,which can inhibit the signal transduction of related inflammatory cytokines,and is effective for some patients.
