艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效的Meta分析

Clinical Efficacy of Moxibustion in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis:A Meta-analysis

目的:运用Meta分析系统评价艾灸(联合西药)治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采用计算机及手工检索的方法,搜集艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的随机对照试验,按照纳入、排除的标准筛选文献,运用Rev Man5.3软件对筛选后的文献数据开展Meta分析。结果:共7篇符合标准的随机对照试验文献被纳入。研究对象共有459例。艾灸联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的总有效率优于不采取艾灸治疗(RR=0.15,Z=4.25,P<0.001,95%CI为0.08~0.22);与不采取艾灸治疗组相比,艾灸联合西药组ACR50%有效率明显增加(MD=3.28,RR=3.28,Z=3.67,P<0.001,95%CI为1.74~6.20),DAS28疾病活动度降低(RR=0.38,Z=3.35,P<0.001,95%CI为0.16~0.61)。结论:艾灸联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎可明显改善患者的症状,降低疾病活动度,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion(combined with western medicine)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by means of meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis were collected by computer and manual retrieval.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The Rev Man 5.3 was used for meta-analysis on the filtered literature data.Results:A total of 7 randomized controlled trials were included,with 459 subjects in total.The total effective rate of moxibustion combined with western medicine in treating RA was better than non-moxibustion treatments(RR=0.15,Z=4.25,P<0.001,95%CI:0.08~0.22);Compared with the non-moxibustion group,the moxibustion combined with western medicine group had a significant increase in the 50%effective rate of ACR(MD=3.28,RR=3.28,Z=3.67,P<0.001,95%CI:1.74~6.20),DAS28 disease activity decreased(RR=0.38,Z=3.35,P<0.001,95%CI:0.16~0.61).Conclusion:Current evidence shows that moxibustion combined with western medicine in the treatment of RA can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,reduce disease activity and improve clinical efficacy.
