自拟解毒利咽方联合布地奈德雾化治疗急性咽炎的疗效以及对Th1/Th2平衡、血清SIgA水平的影响

Efficacy of Self-designed Jiedu Liyan Prescription Combined with Budesonide Atomization in the Treatment of Acute Pharyngitis and Its Effect on Th1/Th2 Balance and Serum SIgA Level

目的观察自拟解毒利咽方联合布地奈德雾化治疗急性咽炎的疗效。方法将144例急性咽炎患者随机分为两组,各72例。对照组采用头孢克肟联合布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗1周,治疗组在对照组基础上增加自拟解毒利咽方治疗1周。结果治疗组总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的86.11%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后咽痛、咽痒、灼热、异物感、咽黏膜充血水肿、干咳积分、Th2、血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平均降低(P<0.01),Th1、Th1/Th2、血清干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、SIgA水平均升高(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后咽痛、咽痒、灼热、异物感、咽黏膜充血水肿、干咳积分、Th2、血清IL-4、IL-5均水平低于对照组(P<0.01),Th1、Th1/Th2、血清INF-γ、IL-2、SIgA水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟解毒利咽方联合布地奈德雾化吸入可有效抑制炎性反应,恢复Th1/Th2平衡,升高SIgA水平,提高急性咽炎治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of self-designed Jiedu Liyan Prescription combined with budesonide atomization in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods:A total of 144 patients with acute pharyn⁃gitis were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,72 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cefixime combined with budesonide compression nebulizer inhalation for 1 week,while the treatment group was treated with self-designed Jiedu Liyan Prescription for 1 week on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate was 95.83%in the treatment group,which was higher than 86.11%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal itching,burning,foreign body sensation,pharyngeal mucosal congestion and edema,dry cough score,Th2,serum interleukin-4(IL-4),inter⁃leukin-5(IL-5)were decreased(P<0.01),and Th1,Th1/Th2,serum interferon-γ(INF-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2),and SIgA were increased(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal itching,burning,for⁃eign body sensation,pharyngeal mucosal congestion and edema,dry cough score,Th2,serum IL-4 and IL-5 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the levels of Th1,Th1/Th2,serum INFγ,IL-2 and SIgA were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed Jiedu Liyan Prescrip⁃tion combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response,restore Th1/Th2 balance,increase SIgA level,and improve the therapeutic effect of acute pharyngitis.
