摘要
2020年初爆发的新冠肺炎疫情对我国经济金融产生了一系列深远影响,也对商业银行客户营销、资产负债摆布、产品创新等经营管理活动提出了新的挑战。本文从加大金融支持力度、创新服务模式、打造专属服务平台等三个维度总结梳理了主要商业银行抗击疫情的转型方向。商业银行可进一步采取各种措施,不断丰富应对疫情的策略和方法,更好地服务实体经济。
COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020 has not only had a series of profound effects on the Chinese economy and finance, but also presented new challenges to operational management of Chinese commercial banks, including customer marketing, asset and liability management, product innovation and the like. The study summarizes the practice of major commercial banks in combating the epidemic from the views of increasing financial support, innovating service models and building exclusive service platforms. The Chinese commercial banks could further take various actions to enrich their strategies and methods to the epidemic response so that better serve the real economy.
