分类改革提升了商业类国企的企业绩效吗?

本文对分类改革影响商业类国企企业绩效的政策效应进行研究,结果表明分类改革提高了商业类国企的企业绩效,说明对国企进行功能定位并采取针对性改革措施改善了国企的"使命冲突"问题,且从外部治理环境看,政府干预程度越高的地区政策效应更突出,商业类国企中政府干预的改善更明显,提升效应更显著。本文通过进一步分析表明管理层治理是分类改革提升商业类国企企业绩效的机制之一。

This paper examines the policy effect of classification reform on the performance of commercial soes. The results showed that classification reform improves the performance of commercial soes, which showed that accurately position the functions of different soes and take targeted measures improve the conflict of mission problem of soes;From the perspective of external governance environment, the higher the degree of government intervention is, the more prominent the policy effect is, which makes the government intervention of commercial soes in the region more significantly improved, and has a more significant effect on the performance. Further analysis shows that management governance is one of the mechanisms to improve the performance of commercial soes.
