智慧旅游建设研究——以三亚市旅游厕所为例

Study on the Construction of Smart Tourism——A Case Study of Tourist Toilets in Sanya City

"旅游要发展,厕所要革命"。在全国掀起旅游厕所革命的大背景下,三亚作为海南国际旅游岛建设的排头兵,更亟需推动旅游厕所的建设和升级,通过互联网+GIS地理技术,让小小的厕所变得更"智慧",为游客提供更大限度的人性化服务。本文针对智慧旅游建设搭建旅游厕所服务平台进行研究,以三亚旅游厕所服务平台为研究对象,采取实地考察法和文献分析法,对三亚旅游厕所和服务平台建设的转型升级进行探讨。指出不足并提出修改建议,以期对三亚旅游厕所的发展提供参考。

"Tourism must be developed and toilets must be revolutionized". In the context of the nationwide revolution in tourist toilets, Sanya, as a pioneer in the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island, urgently needs to promote the construction and upgrade of tourist toilets. Through the Internet + GIS geographic technology, small toilets can become more"smart". To provide tourists with a greater degree of humanized services. This paper studies the construction of a tourist toilet service platform for smart tourism construction. Taking the Sanya tourist toilet service platform as the research object, the method of field investigation and document analysis is adopted to discuss the transformation and upgrading of Sanya tourist toilet and service platform construction. This paper will point out the shortcomings and put forward suggestions for modification in order to provide reference for the development of Sanya tourist toilets.
