摘要
辨证论治因其主观性、个体化特点限制了中医临床诊疗的发展,数字化研究是提高中医诊疗能力的重要研究方向。在中医优势病种的基础上,结合传统中医辨证论治思想与现代化数字处理技术,提出中医辨证论治能力提升数字化研究示范性病种概念,从中医优势、辨证论治特色和数字化研究3个角度提出中医辨证论治能力提升数字化研究示范性病种选择思路;归纳总结临床常用示范性病种选择方法及适用情况,提出文献计量结合德尔菲法的中医辨证论治能力提升数字化研究示范性病种选择方法,为提高中医临床诊疗能力提供参考。
Syndrome differentiation and treatment limits the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical diagnosis and treatment due to its subjective and individualized characteristics. And digital research is an important research direction to improve the diagnosis and treatment ability of TCM. The concept of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment ability enhancement and digital research on model diseases is proposed on the basis of the dominant diseases of TCM, combining the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment thought with modern digital processing technology. This paper proposes the choice of model diseases in TCM syndrome differentiation ability enhancement digital research from the three perspectives of TCM advantages, characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment and digital research. By summarizing the selection methods of clinical model diseases and their application, the selection methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment ability enhancement in TCM and digital research are proposed:bibliometrics combined with Delphi method. This provides reference for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of TCM.
