摘要
作为化工企业的动力源,母管制锅炉的原有控制系统(DCS)已无法满足供汽量的快速响应、燃料热值变化自适应控制等多工况智能处理。针对该问题,煤制油分公司动力站引入先进控制系统(RASO),通过煤粉锅炉燃烧优化系统,实现稳定供汽母管压力,达到节能减排、减轻劳动强度的目的。
As a power source for chemical enterprises,the original control system(DCS)of the parent control boiler has been unable to meet the intelligent processing of multiple operating conditions such as rapid response of steam supply and adaptive control of fuel calorific value changes.In view of this problem,the advanced control system(RASO)is introduced in the power station of the coal-to-oil branch company.Through the pulverized coal boiler combustion optimization system,the pressure of the steam supply tube can be stabilized to achieve energy saving,emission reduction and labor intensity reduction.
