围手术期快速康复护理对腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Perioperative Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Immune Function of Patients with Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

目的探讨围手术期快速康复护理对腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择我院2018年7月至2020年3月收治的接受腹腔镜前列腺癌根治手术的138例患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照护理方法的不同分为对照组(69例,给予围手术期基础护理)和观察组(69例,给予围手术期快速康复护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组IgA、IgM、IgG水平明显高于对照组,观察组第1次排气时间、第1次排便时间、住院时间、引流管拔除时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腹腔镜前列腺癌根治手术患者采用围手术期快速康复护理干预能够提高机体免疫功能,促进术后快速恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the immune function of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 38 patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were divided into control group(69 cases,given perioperative basic nursing)and observation group(69 cases,given perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing,the first exhaust time,first defecation time,hospitalization time,and drainage tube removal time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid perioperative rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can improve the body’s immune function,promote rapid postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.
