摘要
认知行为治疗是心理治疗的重要内容之一,认知行为治疗包括4类,即面对面认知行为治疗、团体认知行为治疗、互联网认知行为治疗和远程交互式认知行为治疗。其应用范围不同,且每类认知行为治疗方式均存在一定优势与不足。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,了解认知行为治疗的分类,掌握其应用范围、效果、优势及不足,以期为认知行为治疗在失眠患者中的应用提供参考。
Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)is one of the important contents of psychological therapy.CBT includes four categories:face-to-face cognitive behavioral therapy,group cognitive behavioral therapy,internet cognitive behavioral therapy and remote interactive cognitive behavioral therapy.To understand the classification of cognitive behavioral therapy and its application scope,effect,advantages and disadvantages,the advantages and disadvantages of CBT at home and abroad can be used for reference,in order to provide a reference for the extensive application of CBT in insomnia patients.
