曲美他嗪治疗冠心病伴心力衰竭患者临床效果

Clinical Effect of Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病伴心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选择到我院(2016年6月至2019年3月)治疗的100例冠心病伴心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机数字法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组应用常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪。经1个月治疗后,对两组患者的左心室舒张末期内径(LVEF)及左心室收缩末期内径(LVEDD)等心功能指标进行比较。结果经过1个月治疗后,观察组的LVEF、LVEDD效果改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪,能进一步发挥良好的治疗成果,改善患者的心功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEF)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVEDD)and other cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the improvement of LVEF and LVEDD in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of trimetazidine to patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure on the basis of conventional treatment can further exert good treatment results and improve the patient’s heart function.
