腹部超声联合阴道超声在诊断妇科急腹症中的应用价值

Clinical Value of Abdominal Ultrasonography Combined with Vaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Gynecological Acute Abdomen

目的探究腹部超声联合阴道超声在诊断妇科急腹症中的应用价值。方法选取我院2019年3月至2020年3月入院检查的170例妇科急腹症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均实施腹部超声检查以及阴道超声检查,对比腹部单独超声检查以及腹部超声联合阴道超声检查的准确率,并统计不同急腹症的影像学特点。结果腹部超声联合阴道超声对急腹症的诊断准确率(96.47%)明显高于单独腹部超声检查(77.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断急腹症的准确率更高,能够为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。

Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods A total of 170 patients with gynecological acute abdomen who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients underwent abdominal ultrasonography and vaginal ultrasonography.The accuracy of abdominal single ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography combined with vaginal ultrasonography were compared,and the imaging characteristics of different acute abdomen were analyzed.Results The accuracy rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen(96.47%)was significantly higher than that of abdominal ultrasound alone(77.65%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in acute abdomen patients is higher,which can provide a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
