Diagnosis and Application Value of DR and CT in Vervical Spondylosis

目的探讨DR和CT对颈椎病的诊断及应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省沈阳市沈阳中大骨科医院就诊的100例颈椎病患者,其中50例接受DR诊断,另外50例接受CT诊断,比较DR和CT检查在颈椎病诊断中的应用价值,并分析诊断效果。结果CT诊断颈椎病的检出率高于DR诊断的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对颈椎病,CT诊断比DR诊断更准确可靠,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic and application value of DR and CT in cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylosis who were admitted to Zhongda Orthopedics Hospital in Shenyang,Liaoning province from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,40 of whom received DR diagnosis and another 40 cases received CT diagnosis.The application value of DR and CT examination in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis was compared,and the application value of imaging technology in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis was analyzed.Results The detection rate of CT diagnosis of cervical spondylosis was higher than that of DR diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT diagnosis of cervical spondylopathy is more accurate and reliable than DR diagnosis,and its clinical manifestations are diverse and comprehensive application has higher diagnostic value.
