病毒性肝炎相关血常规及生化检验项目的临床研究

Clinical Study on Blood Routine and Biochemical Test Items Related to Viral Hepatitis

目的观察相关血常规及生化检验项目在病毒性肝炎临床诊治中的应用价值。方法选取2016年8月至2018年9月于我院接受诊治的54例病毒性肝炎患者作为观察组,另选取同期54名接受健康体检的志愿者作为对照组。对两组受检者展开血常规检验及生化检验,比较两组患者的相关检验指标。结果观察组患者的白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)以及中性粒细胞百分比低于对照组健康体检者,而淋巴细胞百分比显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)以及总胆红素(TBIL)水平均显著高于对照组健康体检者,白蛋白(ALB)及肝功能白球比例(A/G)则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对疑似病毒性肝炎的患者展开血常规及生化检验,有助于充分掌握其血细胞功能及相关生化指标,为临床诊治工作提供重要参考。

Objective To observe the application value of related blood routine and biochemical test items in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 54 patients with viral hepatitis who came to our hospital for treatment from August 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group.Another 54 volunteers who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Routine blood test and biochemical test were carried out on the subjects in both groups,and the levels of related test indexes were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT)and percentage of neutrophils in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the percentage of lymphocytes was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while albumin(ALB)and white globule ratio of liver function(A/G)were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By carrying out blood routine and biochemical tests on patients suspected of viral hepatitis,the blood cell function and related biochemical indexes can be fully grasped,providing important references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
