眼针联合康复训练治疗脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的疗效

Efficacy of Eye Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Stroke with Dysphagia

目的探究眼针联合康复训练治疗脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的疗效。方法于2018年9月至2020年12月收治90例脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分组,每组45例,对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察组采用康复训练+眼针治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗前洼田饮水评分、SWAL-QOL评分比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组洼田饮水评分、SWAL-QOL评分高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的68.89%(P<0.05)。结论眼针联合康复训练对脑卒中后合并吞咽功能障碍的患者有显著的疗效,同时也可使卒中患者的生存质量得到有效的提升。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with eye acupuncture in the treatment of stroke with dysphagia.Methods From September 2018 to December 2020,90 patients with stroke and dysphagia were treated as the research objects.They were grouped by random number table,45 cases in each group.Rehabilitation training was used in control group,and the observation group received rehabilitation training and eye acupuncture.Comparison of treatment effects between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the Watian drinking water score and SWAL-QOL score before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,observe the Watian drinking water score and SWAL-QOL score in the group were higher than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than the control group(68.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training with eye acupuncture is valid for treating stroke patients with dysphagia,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of promotion.
