预见性护理对白血病化疗中心静脉置管患儿置管时间及导管相关性并发症的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Catheter Placement Time and Catheter-related Complications in Children Undergoing Intravenous Catheterization in Leukemia Chemotherapy Center

目的探讨预见性护理对白血病化疗中心静脉置管患儿置管时间及导管相关性并发症的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年10月于该院接受化疗的65例白血病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=32)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理。比较两组患儿家属护理满意度、住院时间、导管留置时间以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿家属满意度(96.88%)较对照组(75.76%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿住院时间(17.13±4.01)d短于对照组的(22.75±3.86)d,且导管留置时间(143.58±16.79)h长于对照组的(112.26±14.36)h,并发症发生率(12.50%)较对照组(45.45%)低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白血病化疗中心静脉置管患儿采用预见性护理干预,能延长外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管时间,降低导管相关性并发症发生率,利于提升家属护理满意度,应用效果确切。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on catheter placement time and catheter-related complications in children with leukemia chemotherapy.Methods Sixty-five leukemia children who received chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object,and were divided into a control group(33 cases)and an observation group(32 cases)by random number table method.The control group received PICC routine nursing intervention for leukemia chemotherapy,and the observation group used predictive nursing intervention,to compare the nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time,catheter retention time,and complication rate of the parents of the two groups.Results After 1 month of nursing,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.88%significantly higher than that of the control group 75.76%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the children in the observation group(17.13±4.01)d was shorter than that of the control group(22.75±3.86)d,and the catheter indwelling time(143.58±16.79)h was longer than the control group(112.26±14.36)h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group 12.50%was lower than the control group 45.45%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing intervention in children with intravenous catheterization in leukemia chemotherapy center can prolong PICC catheterization time,reduce the incidence of catheter-related complications,and improve parental care satisfaction.The application effect is accurate and can be recommended for clinical use.
