综合护理干预在胸外重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Respiratory Function Recovery after Severe Thoracic Surgery

目的探究综合护理干预在胸外重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的102例胸外科重症患者,遵循随机分组的原则将其分为两组,每组51例。常规组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予综合护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组术后第3日、术后第7日的呼吸功能障碍程度显著小于常规组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,试验组术后第3日、术后第7日的肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量水平均大于常规组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论予以胸外重症患者术后综合护理干预,可改善患者的术后呼吸功能,促进术后康复。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the recovery of respiratory function after extrathoracic severe surgery.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,102 patients with severe thoracic surgery were admitted to our hospital,and 102 patients with severe thoracic surgery were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization,51 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The degree of respiratory dysfunction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group on the third and seventh days after operation(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced vital capacity on the third and seventh days after surgery in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of respiratory function and postoperative rehabilitation in patients undergoing severe thoracotomy.
