计划生育宣传教育护理在女性计划生育工作中的作用

Role of Family Planning Publicity Education and Nursing in Female Family Planning Work

目的研究计划生育宣传教育护理应用在女性计划生育工作中的作用。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月接诊的88例已婚女性作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),观察组予以计划生育宣传教育护理,对照组予以常规护理指导,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组计划生育配合度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预2周后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于已婚女性,在进行计划生育工作的过程中开展计划生育宣传教育护理可有效提升女性对计划生育的配合度,改善不良心理情绪。

Objective To study the role of family planning publicity and education in female family planning work.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,88 married women during this period were selected as the research object of this article.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with an average of 44 cases in each group.The observation group was given family planning publicity education and nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing instruction,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group’s family planning coordination was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For married women,carrying out family planning publicity education and nursing care during the family planning work can effectively improve women’s coordination with family planning and improve their negative psychological mood.
